  • The subscription must be for a new account (not a renewal)
  • API usage must be under 1,000 total requests
  • No violations of our Terms of Service

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription renewals after the initial 14-day period
  • Enterprise plans with custom agreements
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Partial month usage after the refund period

6. Processing Time

8. Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade your plan, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided for plan downgrades.
