By accessing or using the Couponify service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

2. Description of Service

Couponify provides a membership discount engine API that enables merchants to implement server-side promotion logic for paid memberships. Our service includes quote generation, redemption processing, and rollback capabilities.

3. Account Registration

To use our service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. API Usage

You agree to use the API in accordance with our documentation and the following guidelines:

• Do not exceed rate limits specified in your plan
• Do not attempt to circumvent security measures
• Do not use the service for fraudulent purposes
• Implement proper error handling in your integration

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change our prices with 30 days notice.

6. Service Level Agreement

We commit to 99.9% uptime for our API services. In the event of downtime exceeding this commitment, eligible customers may receive service credits as specified in their plan.

7. Intellectual Property

The Couponify service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Couponify and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Couponify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue or anticipated profits.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
